That was, until last night when Beckel mentioned it on FOX news. He said his sources say it may come out tomorrow and that he thinks it would be stupid for the republicans to release it that soon. And he is right. That combined with the fact that the only sources are Clinton supporters makes me think maybe Clinton has the tape (if it exists) and are using it as a last resort since here attempts to get Michigan and Florida delegates seated failed.

Another possibility is that the tape is of very poor quality, and understanding it is sorta like listening to those tapes of ghosts speaking. And all this hype is to put into people's minds that she is saying 'whitey' when the fact is you can't really tell what she is saying.

But that still doesn't stop the fact that it is Clinton supporters saying republicans have the tape and claiming republicans will release this tape just in time to help Hillary. But if republicans and only republicans really do have such a damning tape, there is no way it will see the light of day until at least the day after the democrat convention.
