Guessing this could be used by a home computer not on a network. Good resource for parents (though nothing beats being actively involved in your childs life, caring communication, and teaching good values)
I use openDNS here at home. I don't know if I ever really noticed the speed increases promised, but it works just fine and it beats having to figure out my ISP's dns numbers.
