It's not hard to believe they did this; it's just hard to believe they were so brazen about it as well as the fact they got instantly caught.

Charities, like Save the Children currently operating in Afghanistan; members of the Peace Corp or America Corp and every way possible. Warmongering and greed cause a corruption that spreads throught 'the system,' and the very fabric of all our lives.
