The REAL Napster

Thanks folks. I saw BNM's clips about bacon and they prompted me to make this dish last week. Haven't made it in a long time. You are soo right, though Bacon goodness!

Remove beans from pot, (do not discard water) & place beans in large pot or slow cook crock pot.</DIV><BR />Wash potatoes<BR /><DIV>If potatoes are much larger than golf ball size, cut or quarter them into chunks.  Par boil the potatoes (once they start to get soft) in same water/pan you used for the beans.  When done, potatoes go into the same crock pot.</DIV><BR />Brown bacon till crisp and crumbly. Easiest way is to put on a cookie sheet and bake @325.  I like to cover mine with heavy aluminum foil but poke lots of steam vents so the bacon will bake and not steam.   When bacon is crispy crumbly break the pieces up into little bits and dump bacon, grease and all right into the crock pot.
