This guy is doing what we all should be doing, avoiding waste by recycling, reducing and reusing. City council, who refuses to accept evidence that he is indeed not producing trash, is stuck in the tired old destructive ways of filling massive garbage dumps. They should be rewarding this guy for cutting down on waste. Instead they are more concerned with contributing to the cash flow of one of the city’s contractors.
