I haven't written a real blog post in a while. Today, however, I felt compelled to request DVR features for twittervision and flickrvision. <li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">the following two buttons would apply to the images that are held in the what I'll call "current cache"<UL><li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">forward button that displays the next photo in the cache</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">reverse button that displays the previous photo in the cache</LI></UL></LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">resume<UL><li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">this is actually more tricky</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">when pause is hit, images in cache remain in cache (what might be called "current cache"</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">app continues to retrieve newer posts and appends them in a separate cache</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">user is only able to cycle through posts in current cache</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">when resume is hit, images in the other cache get moved to "current cache" and are displayed on same interval as normal</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">new posts will continue to be appended to the new "current cache" until all photos in "current cache" have been displayed.</LI></UL></LI>
