Just to be clear, Berkowitz is advocating a universal policy--cut subsidies to large families, which would affect traditional Orthodox Jews as well. But he does this with the goal of limiting the growth of the population of Arab Israelis.

Ironic, that is precisely the thinking and policy of Pharoah of Egypt (see Exodus 1) and why he ordered the extermination of all male children of Israel (the Hebrews)!
A perfect example to show who really is the tyrant and who is the oppressed in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
