One of the best speeches I've heard from Professor Zinn. Definitely worth listening to the audio track (or the video stream).

Howard Zinn's history books should be required reading in highschool. As it was, I didn't read them until college, and they still blew my mind.

Simply reading excerpts from Christopher Columbus' own journal will blow your mind. Everything you are taught in grade school is a farce.
