Comcast is full of morons. I agree that no one should have published the check on the internet, but if she was so unhappy about her cable bill, why did she sign up for service she could not afford? These services are not necessities like electricity and health care. If it was an error in billing, she could have taken the mature route and spoken to someone about it. She needs to stop whining and put some energy into things that really matter. It's a sad statement on today's society when a lawsuit becomes the answer to every gripe in America and adults are acting like children. The bill she received was, to my understanding, NOT what she had signed up for. |
