I wonder how many pyschiatrists have stressed moments I wonder how they themselves cope with the conditions that they diagnose in others. Also l wonder how many people involved in the development of this tablets feel,It must be depressing work. Having been employed in an ER Crisis Unit, evaluating and assigning provisional diagnoses to mental health patients, I can say that when I get stressed I think of some of those patients. My problems suddenly don't seem so much compared to theirs. I adopted the motto "It could always be worse" Sometimes I can feel depressed because I'm just not breathing properly. If I sit upright, and concentrate on filling my lungs the problem disappears. Other times It will be deeper and can be as a result of a particular issue. I'll try and think of things during the day that have troubled me, and decide if they are problems to be solved, or things about which worrying won't help. Breaking the problem down. I can try and remember a time when I was decidedly happy, and either compare it to try and see the depression in a new light, or create similar conditions to reinforce the memory.
