On a more serious note, chestnut, the Republicans are trying to convince Americans that Alaska's proximity to Russia gives Palin foreign policy experience. That's what's desperate and pitiful.

it's just amazing how proto-republican supporters just don't get how pathetic their reagan-bush-quayle-palin people REALLY are, and all the while they viciously and vociferously malign our LEGITIMATE candidates for office, to say nothing of our ELECTED ones.
