<P>bei geringer Hitze langsam auflösen. Einmal aufkochen und vom Herd nehmen.</p> <P>Anschliessend </p> <UL>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">250 gr. Quark unterrühren</LI>
<li style="margin-left:16px;padding-left: 0px;">danach 1 Teelöffel Natron zum Schluss einrühren (die Masse geht jetzt ein bisschen hoch),</LI>

<P>das Ganze dann zum Abkühlen in eine Schüssel oder eine Plastikdose für den Kühlschrank  umfüllen.</p> <P>Dazu esse ich kräftiges Brot, z.B.
