Even more interesting....we were staying at the motel right next to them, and saw many of the people displaced by the fire. Several were upset about their losses.....but I sure did not see the owner out there in distress about losing their motel! And from talking to the owners of our motel, the Chateau was a dump in disrepair - so the best thing that could have happened to it was a fire....
