Sounds like Obama picked a winner. I guess we will have racial and sex qualifications from now on??

What a bunch of B.S. Don't you people know your own history?

It makes sense that someone who does not come from the dominant race/culture will see things people who are in that group can not.

Also, judges do make law, it is the basis of the COMMON LAW system, which happens to be the way of American Jurisprudence.
