Yea - it's that extra 0.117% that is causing all the trouble.

Yes, That extra 1/10 of 1 % is easily dwarfed by the overwhelming number of feedback loops in the Earth's climate cycle. It is also easily dwarfed by natural variations that render anthropogenic contribution as statistically insignificant.
