The history of tyranny is one of its subtlety in coming under other pretenses and "necessary" measures. Obama is NOT "Mr. Constitution" but proposes a tyrannical new power which he is "developing a new legal framework for" PREVENTIVE DETENTION (contrary to the Constitution). This will effect American lives, but is being constructed around "terrorism" in the context of strictly foreigners to sell it. Worth watching, though dated, very important.

The principle is precisely the same as Bush's PREVENTIVE WAR, where America attacks on the basis of pure suspicion (read propaganda and lies), before any hostile actions are done.
