The 2nd part, going forward from there - is about Bush and according to the writer, does it's fair share of putting the blame on his administration for their lack as well.

We'll have to actually see the movie to comment on it personally... In the meantime Clinton and the far left should learn how to take it like a man instead of writing letters asking for a movie to be pulled just because it's critical of him.
