But if something of yours showed up in a file sharing network you'd be calling your lawyer right?

'File sharing' is a misnomer. Most, if not all of the files being 'shared' don't belong to the people sharing them in the first place. Shareware and freeware are an exception, but rarely will you see those being shared via P2P networks. That's why site like download.com a other sites exist. And my software won't show up on file sharing networks anyway because I'm smart enough to know how to protect them in the first place.
