Steve Newcomb, co-founder of Powerset, thinks that the growth in clean tech will grow exponentially, and has plans to <A href="http://www.wired.com/techbiz/startups/news/2008/02/crowdsource_greenfund">create a cloud-sourced VC firm</A>.
