It was classified as common assault even though the Coke man's nose got broken. Coke don't want to talk about it, and there have been no charges laid.
Seems if you're a Pepsi man, you can break someone's nose, in front of many witnesses, and only be described as a known suspect. A man who pushed a clerk while stealing a donut was charged with a felony, and given $ 100,000 bail. perfect sense.
