Thank you Alan. That means a lot to me. Not everyone realizes how much I cared for Shane; the times we had were special.

I was wondering literally yesterday what was happening with all of this. Then today this comes into my inbox. It was what I wanted to hear, and it does help.

"Guns" are an issue I wrestle with on and off. I will readily admit though, the amount of mistakes made is heartbreaking. Cleaning accidents, accidents involving children are just gut wrenching too. Then there is the man from my childhood who was killed with his own gun defending his home, or a neighbor not so long ago, trying to take his life with one after a depressed drinking binge .. Though there are times I feel they have their place, I really can't say that I like them either.
