I don't understand why conservatives are so keen on ignoring the facts.

The USA spends more money per capita for health care than any other industrialized nation in the western world.

The USA has about the worst quality of health care to show for all of that extravagant expense, ranking about #37 in 2007, after Costa Rica, but before Slovenia.

These are facts.

Ignore them at your peril.

It still don't make health care a right.
