Like my husband said if he found that person he would go to jail either by throwing that person over the same overpass or kill them.. They are like people and that is so cruel. I am a animal lover. I am so rescuing dogs or cats in need. My kids cried and prayed for the dogs.

I hope they find the person who did, punish the person serverly. Also I hope they find the other dog and either help the dog or put the dog down so the dog does not have to suffer anymore.

Sad story.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. last night, the Humane Society received a phone call from the St. Louis City Police Department that a concerned citizen walking to his car witnessed two dogs falling from the Union overpass.
