He said if anyone found evidence that he had even "a single dollar" in a foreign bank account, he would resign.

Which in English translates into "I killed everyone who knew anything
on the subject", therefore resignation is improbable. Hopefully
he'll meet Marx very soon and would be nice if the money just got
transferred to the public in Cuba, I'm sure they could use it.
