Reposar 10 minutos y revolver hasta disolver todo.</DIV> <BR /><DIV> Batir las claras, una vez espumosas agregar el azúcar y continuar batiendo a nieve suave, envolver éstas en la mezcla de chocolate.</DIV> <BR /><DIV> Cortar el bizcochuelo en discos del porte de moldes de tarta individual o de uno grande. Poner en el fondo del molde.</DIV> <BR /><DIV> Pintar el bizcochuelo con el almíbar. Sobre éste, poner las frambuesas y cubrir con la mezcla de mousse.
