I remember 20 years or so ago that a similar outbreak of this spread in varying places all over. I remember Turkey distinctly.

I certain of this as it happen in a school 3 miles away in Rush. I believe it occurred twice there. In recall it being school girls but not if it was exclusively female.

Then communication was primitive compared to now. Could this spread?
