science fiction skwirlinator: How can something be science fiction if it has already happened pray tell me? The 2055 is obviously the science fiction part. Thanx Tany No further comment needed sorry skwirlinator, sometimes I am just a little slow 2055 is a too late date! Look at the many climate refugees, landing dead or half living at the italian isles - daily more. The habitants of coral reef isles have no more potable water - they have to escape from their homeland in the next years. And what the german government know to do against this, is to exercise war at sea http://clipmarks.com/clipmark/54809F28-54AD-4AD9-BAFB-126B3DD2984B/ and even the civil war at home. http://www.german-foreign-policy.com/en/fulltext/56224 So the breakdown don't come after 40 years of course! The only hope is the complete breakdown of the system during the next 3 years. This sounds hard - but the alternate outcome may be deadly. Fear mongering. mm is that a nod to `State of Fear` M Crichton ? anyway, I used to think like that a bit, but here in Australia it`s hard to avoid the fact that the weather has taken a very nasty turn altogether ! |
