It's in-house shop lifting and inviting shoppers to a free lunch - grin - which we all know capitalism does not offer - "there's no free lunch." But the current bailouts of banks and companies across the world seem like "free lunch" for those who say no free lunch to the rest of us.

Years ago, there was a student government party that called themselves the "Pail and Shovel" party at the University of Wisconsin. As a gesture of absurdity, they erected a life-sized replica of the Statue of Liberty (from the eyes up) on the ice of Lake Mendota.

The party slogan was "Student government is a joke - Weère the punch line."
