If these people really are "terrorists", I don't understand why they wouldn't want to put these people on trial? I mean, a fair trial, not the farce of a military tribunal hearing. Why are they afraid? Why risk condemning innocent people? To keep up 'our' fear claiming they have caught terrorists, when there really haven't? Are there no "real" terrorists, since it all has to be so secretive? Why not put them on parade via trials for all to see? Why not gloat about how effective the war on terror is and how all the dictatorial measures they have taken have "worked"? (Hahahaha, yeah, I know)

I think we will ultimately find that almost none of them can be shown to be terrorists. They were mostly captured in Pakistan during a period of flight from Afghanistan, when there were bounties paid by the US for capture of terrorists. Many are only guilty of being foreigners in Pakistan. Only a handful of the 300 or so have been charged with anything at all.
