We must have heels! Not me! Don't like 'em, don't believe in 'em, don't wear 'em. Ballet flats and other flat-flat-flat-no-heel-thank-you shoes for me. Everything in moderation ladies... a little work wearing heals and a little non work wearing flats is a good way to keep shapely legs. High heels make you look like you have shapely, fit legs even if you don't. They also throw your entire body out of musculoskeletal alignment and do very bad things to your feet and your back. Exercise makes your legs shapely and fit whether you're wearing heels or flats. It makes you stronger and can improve foot and back problems. I have nothing good to say about high heels. |
