These are hard facts. Global warming is a natural phenomena that has occurred many times before man ever arrived.

N2sooners, I will agree that some peoples’ claims, that this current warming phase is going to destroy the planet, is most likely hysteria. And that those people probably have some hidden agenda for their opinion. But the facts of actual warming cannot be ignored now can they?

And you must admit that any type of pollution that traps heat on the surface of the earth cannot be healthy, and that mankind is causing this pollution.

CR, there are people in certain places on earth that think the temps are too hot, there are people in places on earth that think temps are too cold. It’s all relative. Where I live, I think the temps are just about right but it doesn’t change the fact that avg temps have been increasing over the past several centuries.

If you cut ALL human CO2 production, a 1% increase in natural CO2 would add back all that we cut. Anthropogenic global warming is Preposterous. Do you remember when the Soviet Union collapsed? Are you old enough? Do you know where all the communists went? You think they just packed it in and said, "oh well, we gave it our best shot". No! They went back into the Russian government (still believers in Communism). They went into the Russian mafia and made billions to finance nefarious activities all over the world, and they ( Gorbechev primarily) went into the Green movement to advance their agenda on a worldwide scale because they knew they would not beat America from without, so they went within.

I don't see 50,000 scientists who signed the Oregon Petition putting their reputations on the line and misleading us on the issue. I don't see the prominent scientists who have been smeared and maligned for practicing real science and expressing their opinion in the face of political power misleading us. I don't see that the IPCC is even misleading us. They have said, "no human signature on the climate has been detected and the current warming could be natural" IPCC, 2001a pg 94. Don't give me picture magazines as your proof of global warming. Hell, don't even give me this crap about scientific ...

Can you name 10 Individual scientists who stake their reputation on the idea that anthropogenic global warming is a fact? Name 10 individual scientists. Tell me about the science and studies they have used to support the idea of anthropogenic global warming. Al Gore does not count.
