Butternut Squash Cream Sauce</SPAN>
3/4 cup cooked butternut squash
1/4 cup fat free soy milk or other non-dairy
1/2 tsp arrowroot or cornstarch
pinch salt
a little black pepper
pinch basil
light dash garlic powder
few dashes dried parsley - garnish</p> <P>Directions:
1. puree squash in food processor/blender
2. add 1/4 cup of milk, if necessary add more, until creamy
3. add all other ingredients and pour into pot
4. allow to thicken then remove from heat
