Not only that, but the decisions, thoughts and subjective observations we make of and in this life, can effect the choices and "observations" of others, on a seemingly much deeper level than through a mere (classical) physical influence or connection. An example of this (as I see it), would be when people pray for each other, or "cross their fingers" for each other or say "You will be in my thoughts." Why do we do this? Why do we think it helps? Think about it. On maybe a subconscious level people already know, we have that connection to each other. I dunno... beer makes me so philosophical. Cool clip, duv!
