Organic? Not everybody can afford it. Is this another attempt to raise food prices? Sure better to stay hungry than eat junk food as tool of mass destruction. But there is inertia. And traditions.

My vege patch gives plenty: by cutting back on size, we can afford some organic meat and eggs. Sometimes we have to buy the lot and we get what is available. Can't be too serious about it.
Sometimes we have enough to supplement it with coffee beans and chocolate.

you have a vege patch? I didn't even know they existed. I tried the smokers patch but it gave me horrid dreams. I would dream about all kinds of terrible things. One dream I was a vegetarian and all the plants ate me alive. They had the edge because I was weak and frail from the lack of fat in my diet. Then there was the one where everything I took out of the fridge and pantry turned into rice cakes. MAN can you imagine the fear, when I took a can of Spam out of the pantry and it bacame a rice cake. I woke up sweating and screaming. Then I had a smoke and relaxed a bit.
