As such, the programmers who made it had a very clear sense of what needed to be accomplished, and in this way, they acheived conceptual integrity. Pylons, in contrast, has been made and marketed as a Rails for Python. Unfortunately, even Rails has conceptual integrity where Pylons lacks it. Rails was the first in its domain, and as such mostly had to be written from scratch; the same was true of Django.
