Nevada unveils a plan to let sport hunters shoot mountain lions - not because lions are causing a problem - but so there will be more deer to shoot in deer season.

I hate men who hunt for sport! For those that hunt to survive is acceptable, but not blood sports!

What they're doing is not right. If they hunt for food is one thing but trophy hunting is wrong. There's an outfit in Canada that takes anyone with the money out in a helicopter to hunt big horn sheep as trophies. They do it for grizzlies and other big game. That is so sick.

I agree it is sick, I wish they could become the hunted.

A scheme that reeks of being concocted in a bar. A total insult to the voters of the state. Such arrogance should be punished.

It beats shooting wolves for a bounty from helicopters like they do in Alaska. Let nature take its course as nature intended. If they would disallow deer hunting for a couple of years all would return to normal. These folks are looking for the almighty dollar from hunting.
