In a nearby city, one such human decided to teach his Rottweiler a "lesson" by tying his dog to the rear bumper of his jeep and driving the jeep at 30 mph for a few blocks. Fortunately for the dog, someone called the cops and they stopped the driver. By then the dog was running on bone. The dog was taken from the abuser and treated and given a kind home, but he is mutilated for life. The human got only a reprimand.
