As I have said a 100 times before, one must consider the legitimacy of the source when weighing the validity of an article, broadcast, or (especially) blog. I wouldn't take an article from the National Enquirer as proof of space aliens landing at the Kremlin.
Likewise, I wouldn't take anyone's blog seriously at all. They're not scrutinized by thier peer, since they're opinions.

Some of those are likely true, others not.

You are a blithering idiot, hudgal. All this guy has done is link to hundreds of fear-mongering stories from "journalists".

Well, also to linking Brigwell's book and essays look very amusing in a cantankerous sort of way. More important is the basic soundness of his argument that some lobbies have a blind faith in, and almost religious need to believe in, human induced global warming. Of course, there are the equal blind faith and almost religious need not to believe either! But an amusing diversion.

Wilhelm, I know exactly what he did, and I know exactly what you are trying to imply by posting all the things contained within. Your implications are the same in every 'global warming hoax' article you clip.

I hate that I have to explain everything to someone who thinks that all the rest of the world are 'idiots'.

You really should be banned from this site. I don't mind people disagreeing with me, but calling everyone who disagrees with your narrow-minded vision of things an idiot is really uncalled for. I am sure that all the very newest clippers are full aware of your antics. The new ones are quickly becoming aware after responses like that from you. You are only making your self loo...

Feel better? That's usually what blithering idiots do to make themselves feel better.

You seem not to get the point of the clip. It is about the alarm-ism, not the validity of the individual story.

It is really getting tiring having to explain things to you. Let me know if you need me to define any words for you.

By the way, I do not think the rest of the world are idiots. I just happen to think YOU are a blithering idiot.

Oh, Willie. I understood both the point of the clip, and the point of your clipping the clip. As far as not calling others idiots, would you really like me to go back through all the HUNDREDS of clips in which you have insulted people's intelligence? Either you're just a liar or you have a very poor memory.

Either you have a really bad inferiority complex which you try and compensate for by insulting others, or you really DO think you're smarter than everyone else, which would be delusional, at best. Either way, it's getting very tiresome.

DO think you're smarter than everyone else
You are the one supposing you are smarter, Ms. Mensa (haha).
I do not think I am smarter than anyone. I just think you are a blithering idiot.

I understood both the point of the clip, and the point of your clipping the clip.
Then you might want to formulate your comments in a way that suggests you have a clue.
The point of the project in the clip; Alarmism, not validity.
In fact, it is likey there is little validity to any of the linked news stories. So, once again, you present you brillaince at pointing out the obvious.

AL, your exposition on Christian theology is akin to a 3rd grader's discussion on Cartesian metaphysics.

You have sent me private e-mail stating that is not the 'real' you. I prithee, what IS the real you then, and why all the pretense? I think you are just your average uneducatedJoe, angry about the way your life has turned out. Get over it or do something about it.

As far as I know, any sort of comment is allowed here atopical, having to do with something related to the topic, commenting on the other's style in responses or even what they like for breakfast before they start the day.

You see that little down arrow at the bottom of the page? That's to allow you to skip over what you don't want to read. Sorry to point out the obvious again, but you just seem clueless at times. I'm not sure if it's an act or not on occasion.
