"knocking down tall grass, padding down snow or shuffling stones off the dirt" is what it is. Wufff ufff wifff wiiif, aaarrroo? They don't circle then lie down, the circling makes them giddy, then they fall down. I thought they were just winding down for the evening. If they had thumbs they'd drink margaritas....... oh hardy har har..... har....oh my..... My dog circles and my about 10 minutes before bed my daughter runs around in big circles. Apparently, I need to sweep my living room rug more often! always wondered about this...think it's so cute when my dog does her little circle dance before lying down. My friend's beagle circles on my lap for 10 minutes and then decides to lie down on my lap. But there's no tall grass there . . . It makes them feel like big wheels. Why circle where there is only perceived grass? Now that is the 50,000 question iamonetoo. debbyski, if a dog circles on your legs, is there grass growing? Perhaps perception is everything iamonetoo "If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there, does it make a sound?" Not if it lands on a bunch of pillows My dog circles even on pillows......... Do dogs circle in the opposite direction in the Southern Hemisphere? Interesting question Richclips777. Also along this line has anyone considered it is a spiral instead of a circle they are making? Esoterically this denotes matter moving back to spirit or the place from which it originated. Have not seen any dog go POOF in the middle of circle/spiral yet, but it would make a great video. |
