I believe if you murdered someone with absolute intention you should be killed period w/ torture (esp. if you killed more then one person)! because u didn't give an f in the first place!

no keeping someone in jail on death row cost tax dollars i don't want to support ur arse then see you do it again next time cause ur a convict and all that drama....so torture 'em then take them out back shoot 'em in the head as for other crimes if committed more then once: thieves chop off thumbs,drug dealers.. work farms ,rapist ..castration, abusers ....beat the f up til they beg their maker for mercy +have 3 bones broken etc.

y resort to such barbaric behavior cuz what these criminals do to ot...

y resort to such barbaric behavior cuz what these criminals do to others is out of necessity and even with psychological analysis, and re-education their behavior becomes an unbreakable habit and that my friend is y bad people should be dropped from society altogether and treated like the animals they are...cuz to me there are accidents and then there are faults.

goodness why should we pay for 1 million Americans in jail, deal with 29 appeals etc. i believe u shouldn't have more then 5 appeals yup the state pays for 3 you 2 and hmmm what else DNA must be in each case as well as no bail and there must be competent lawyers and witnesses present and a stringent bill that also prosecutes lawyers, cops, witnesses that skew the facts (even years after the fact)!

our justice system needs to prosecute those who did the wrong period i don't give an f about whats admissible and whatcamacallit i just care a about discipline and absolute punishment!

if you did the crime indiscriminately why should you get some form of punishment indiscriminately!
