So I work hard when I'm able to be a voice online. I sign petitions, I make phonecalls to my congressmen, I vote by absentee ballot; I do what I can.

Having friends who are "in the trenches" so to speak; out carrying signs, marching the gates of nuclear waste disposal sites and such we have all had long discussions about the importance of ALL action, whether it's online, protesting and organizing, money and time donations, etc.

IMO, if everyone would really participate in whatever way they are able as individuals, change might be possible.
