They said they set up a meeting with Moake to buy another girl, 9, on Wednesday at a Dallas Burger King, where he offered money for one night with the girl.<P></P>“The arrestee gave us $100 with the belief we’d give the 9-year-old female over to him,” Dallas police’s C.I.
