I am doing some research as to the best way to incorporate these days. This is the second one of these online incorporation places I have found and wondering if anyone has ever used them. When I incorporated my business way back, I went through a normal attorney and I think it cost me over $1400. Did not seem like they did a whole heck of a lot. This place charges a total of $283 to do all the paperwork, etc. Is there a catch to this? Any clippers know?
