Sorry but this looks to be a scam right away. Here is a link to their patent application. The problem with it is they claim to be able to turn on and off a magnetic shield. The first law of thermodynamics suggests this won't be done anytime soon. Also, many are saying this looks to be a 'viral' approach to promotion as the original news broke on a TEAMXBOX link So, don't get too excited about this yet, it doesn't look very viable. I'd like to follow this one. Good to see Napster's on the case. I have been searching more reputable site and can't find anything to do with Steorn. I think TheREALNapster's correct in implying this may be all smoke and mirrors. This whole pitch simply reeks of scam. But to paraphrase P.T. Barnum, " There is one born every minute". |
