Fascinating look at the tribes who populated Australia for tens of thousands of years before the British settled in 1788.

I have been in March to Tasmania, on organized tour, and was pleased to see the guide focused a lot on the history of the local tribes, and of course 'the British invasion' and life in this huge and 'open' prison, which was not so open as it was surrounded with wild life.

It was sad to see the are no more original Aborigines in Tasmania, none,

Also very sad to see the that the original residents of this great land are now at the bottom of the society, the history of New Zealand is similar but the natives there are in much better (and equal) shape.

Just wanting to know how i can get a hard copy of the above map. We have one in our office in Rockhampton and elders tell us all the time that their tribes are spelt wrong and are in the wrong place, etc. i have checked on this one and there is a difference to ours here, how can i get a copy??? email me at natasha.fbec@gmail.com thanks
