NOW - against The National Fatherhood Initiative.

Being a father - Is there something wrong with teaching young men to be fathers in todays society, especially when they are desperately need? I guess the NOW organization thinks so. Hmmmm..... I wonder what agenda they must have...?

Fathers. A need indeed! Especially since most are absent or bad role models. Ever watched a child fall all over themselves when a father of another child shows them some attention? There's such a simple reason why it takes a man and a woman to create a child.

Part of the racism and hatred in this world is due to the absent father. Fathers have more influence in a childs upbringing than many moms would like to admit. I read some articles a few years ago about what fathers have to contribute and they were very enlightening. One wouldn't think that fathers help develop compasion and sensitivity but they really do.
