Maybe humans can learn from this? I read the whole story and was surprised at how many species actually practice homosexuality on a regular basis. In fact male dolphins are always having a gay time and only have sex with females for mating. How can it be argued that gay is unnatural for humans when it is so obviously natural for many, if not most species. Oh, and my pops are blocked so I owe you one. For several types of penguins, the guys do half+ the nurturing by necessity (to give the moms opportunity to eat and survive) often right after the egg is laid. And both produce "crop milk", at least with Emperors (and pigeons do as well). So, I see no reason why 2 guys shouldn't be as excellent a set of parents as a mixed sex couple. Birds and mammals are a bit different in that respect. Oh good grief. Humans. I'm glad they gave them the eggs |
