I apologize for posting so many clips about wind power lately, but i've been doing a lot of reading about it and keep coming across bits of information that simply amaze me. The idea that Oklahoma's number one export can soon be wind is fascinating.

When you think about it, the entire balance of power in the world has largely been shaped by access to oil. Now we can just import/export wind to create power. Amazing how massive the implications of this could be!

I'm actually looking into this on development on my own rural piece of property EG as soon as I take care of some legal matters.

There cannot be too much attention given to renewables...and their availability and ease of startup not just for commercial applications but at home as well.

We rely entirely on an off-grid solar system at home, and it was very easy to add to/improve upon over time.

Through the eighties & nineties a lot of people suffered through the growth pains of PV and wind....so now we don't have to....it's on the shelf and ready to go.

Ski...there are still great incentives for systems <1kw...plenty for house power.
