ahhh but as you get older you get arthritis and running jars the bones and makes that condition worse! so power walking is best!

A few years ago I blew my knee right while running and it never healed properly so my running days are over.

I walk almost every where I go. I don't just amble along, I come as close to a power walk as I can.
