ITs a list of all those captured and recorded by the regime - the importance of keeping such an article might not be readily apparent but when people are disappeared such documents may be the only trace of them left - let us hope its not a list of the dead but as the photo of the monk in the river shows - they are disposing of some of those detained.

Second photo is a particularly mocking bit of writing at the regime - the writing of it on the foot considered the lowest most insulting part of the body is no coincidence. Other shots are from the shooting that occurred around September 26. Let us hope

It is pretty tragic - but if its any conciliation (and I know it ain't much) - keep in mind that this has laid the ground work for potential change -its harsh and cold to say but the act of hunting down and killing monks has effectively killed any possible future legitimacy for the regime. Their days are numbered. Let us hope the people of Burma/Myanmar don't have to suffer any more...
